Accident Management

When you contact your insurer to tell them about your accident they will attempt to guide you to their approved repairer. It is possible that they receive discounts from that repairer. It is unlikely that their repairer approved by the manufacturer of your vehicle.

It is your right to choose who repairs your car. You do not need 2 estimates, you will still get a courtesy car and your repair will carry a guarantee. Just ask your insurer for a claim number and we will do the rest.

Courtesy Cars

Elite Motors Bodyshop operate a fleet of courtesy cars, usually supplied free of charge. In some cases we may be able to supply a like for like replacement vehicle.

Estimating

Once you have notified your insurer of an accident they will require a repair estimate. Elite Motors Bodyshop will prepare a fully costed estimate and take digital photos of your vehicle to send to your insurer.

Equipment & Training

To gain our Manufacturer approvals we are required to have the latest most up to date equipment and only use manufacturer approved parts, paint and materials.

Elite Motors Bodyshop invest heavily in manufacturer training and equipment. This enables us to repair your vehicle as the manufacturer recommends.

Recovery & Collection

Elite Motors Bodyshop operate a 24 hour recovery service. Our agent will recover you and your vehicle, drop you off at your home or place of work and then deliver your vehicle to our premises where we will then prepare a full estimate.

We can also arrange collection if your vehicle is drivable and delivery once all repairs are complete.

Repairs

All of our repairs are carried out by factory trained repairers to the manufacturers stringent requirements. A result of this is that if your vehicle is involved in another accident it will keep you safe a second time. Our repairers training and knowledge is regularly updated thanks to our close relationship with the manufacturers.

We undertake any job, from a minor scratch or scuff up to a major rebuild, with the same level of professional care and attention. We aim to keep the customer fully informed at every stage of the repair process.

Elite Motors Bodyshop use only manufacturer approved paint systems in our environmentally friendly spray booths which means that your warranty remains intact.

Quality

Quality is monitored throughout the repair process. Before you take delivery of your repaired vehicle it will have been fully road tested, rigourously checked and professionally valeted.
